Ética Management was created as a continuation of the property rental and management project initiated by Manager Cris Popa, creating a stable and secure solution for temporary housing over more than 10 years.

We continue with the company's main objective, the security with which we handle property management processes as well as real estate brokerage, thinking about our clients who own the properties as well as our clients who are tenants.

A secondary objective, but still the main one when necessary, is the transparency of our processes.

We also offer additional services such as cleaning, property maintenance, repairs, etc. as a complement to our various services in handling rental processes, which results in greater comfort and convenience for our clients who are property owners and tenants.

Our company's rigor and demanding nature have resulted in remarkable success over the past few years, as we have managed nearly 120 properties for rental purposes, with a success rate ranging from 95 to 97%. This is demonstrated by the results obtained and recognized by our clients, from all over the world, who entrust us with their properties, and we would like to thank them for this.
